The service was prompt, attentive, and accommodating. We were lucky enough to have Javier wait on us. He answered all of our questions and provided good recommendations. Loved the big girl mimosas! The food was delicious and the coffee was good. I will definitely be back on my future visits to Paso!

Delicious steak; perfectly cooked medium with an absolutely delicious red peppercorn sauce. Wife loves her fettuccine Alfredo (kids approved as well). Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff.

I had the blueberry pancakes with maple syrup and butter. Three big pancakes, well made and full of blueberries. Very tasty and a good portion. My girlfriend had an omelette with the avocado, which also went down really well. The coffee was good too although it would have been nicer to have fresh milk to add to it rather than the small packs of half & half. Staff were friendly and attentive and made for a pleasant visit. Loads of seating available both indoors and outside. We sat outside which even though it's on the road didn't really feel like it because there wasn't much traffic.

Loved my time at Springside! Paso Robles is a hotspot for wine and the elevated experiences, and that's great. However, you need a tether to reality and Springside brings that. We're talking good food, great prices, and a cozy atmosphere that feels you're at a friend's living room for a meal. In a town where you can throw 100 away on a pretentious eatery with odd food choices, Araceli and company over at Springside offers a slice of community with every bite. I had the morning Scramble sandwich and sourdough toast and I would definitely recommend

What a phenomenal dining experience! A quaint little place with mom and pop style flair to enjoy a slow, peaceful breakfast! The scrambles are big enough to tame the most ferocious appetite, and i highly recommend the applesauce pancakes!!! 5 outta 5 stars!!!

This is a great place for breakfast if you are looking for a relaxing family owned breakfast spot that's affordable and not pretentious. Brunch came with a big bowl of fruit and my biscuits and gravy were delicious. The crab Benedict is another great option.
